Polyurethane Screeds and Coatings

RESPOL provide a wide range of polyurethane screeds and coatings for installation in both commercial and industrial environments. Whilst polyurethane has many of the same qualities as epoxy resins, it differs in a few ways that make it more applicable for certain applications. Polyurethane resin screeds are hygienic, clean and easy to maintain, making it a popular choice in the food and beverage industry as well as pharmaceuticals and healthcare manufacturing. It is particularly well suited to having coving fitted around the edges, creating a sterile environment so that no bugs or bacteria can develop in the seal between floor and wall. It is also steam resistant, meaning it can withstand frequent steam cleaning, a useful factor for industries where stringent health and safety requirements call for maximum cleanliness. Polyurethane screeds and coatings are therefore a fantastic flooring solution for industries where hygiene is a number one priority.

Decorative Finishes

Industrial flooring doesn’t have to be bland and boring, RESPOL can create flooring solutions that not only offer fantastic practical results but look stunning while doing so. We listen to our customers individual wants and needs and offer a flooring solution that is designed to add something to the space, both functionally and aesthetically.

Our “seamless” resin flooring is ideal for an array of decorative finishes. We can add a range of bespoke coloured aggregates or PVA flakes to the base resin to create any desired flooring effect. These aggregates not only create a more visually dynamic element to the flooring, but also control the finish of the system, be it smooth, textured, anti-static or anti-microbial.

We only supply and install flooring that is finished to the highest of standards, be it high-gloss, anti-glare, speckled or smooth, you can be sure your floor will look attractive and professional.
